mIt's that time again!

We've passed October with Halloween and all that jazz, now it's not too long before Christmas comes around.

Oh, the joy.

But today, here's my monthly favourites!

T.V SHOW

Okay, this is exciting! This month for me has been interesting for T.V shows (since I have nothing else important going on in my life) so naturally, I'm watching Netflix. So for me this month, (more so last month but like, only by a few days) is none other than Stranger Things.

Okay, so many of you know at least about this show, which is a bonus. But, for those who don't know anything about it or the hype behind it, allow me to put it in easy terms for you and break it down.

Basically, there's two seasons already (bless them for releasing all of the episodes for season 2). It's set in 1983 and basically in an isolated laboratory in Hawkins, Indiana, some kind of monster has escaped and is killing whoever gets in its way. Young Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) goes missing and his friends Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), and Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) are trying to figure out what happened, which in turn they meet a girl named Eleven (Millie Bobbie Brown). Will's mom, Joyce (Winona Ryder), and older brother, Jonathan (Charlie Heaton), are also on a mission to discover what happened with the help of police chief, Jim Hopper, a mess of a man.

I'll admit it; when I first watched this, I had no freaking clue what was going on. But, it didn't matter, because I watched the entire season in two days and I was obsessed. I don't know if it's the characters (I for some reason have an odd attraction to Charlie Heaton), the time it's set in or if it's the supernatural occurrences that happen, but I somehow love this show.

Obviously it's not everyone's bread and butter, but if you're into the supernatural aspect and young kids swearing with perfect comedic timing, then this one's for you.

MOVIE

Okay, this on was a little difficult because I can't even remember the last time I watched a movie, but after much thought I had to do a classic that has been remade now three times over three generations, it's my homie, my love since I was three-years-old, it is of course Spiderman: Homecoming.

I still get excited every time I hear it mentioned. So we've seen Toby McGuire and Andrew Garfield take on Peter Parker, but now, were seeing a guy who performed as Billy in Billy Elliot: The Musical and smashed it at the Lip Sync Battle with 'Umbrella' by Rhianna, I'm talking about Tom Holland.

If you haven't seen it, what the hell are you doing? But, getting back on track to Spiderman. So, pretty much it's after what happens in Captain America: Civil War with Peter now adjusting back into his high school life. With friends like Ned (Jacob Batalon) and Michelle (Zendaya), a love interest Liz Allen (Laura Harrier), a bully Flash Thompson (Tony Revolori) and a villain The Vulture (Michael Keaton) (funny enough played Batman, too), it's bound to be an interesting time. But, let's no forget the special cameo of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.)

Honestly, you can't hate this movie. It's so fun loving and family friendly. If I'm being honest I wish the villain was more intense, but nonetheless, I loved every second of it. Plus, it came out on my birthday (thanks again mum for coming to the opening night). So, if you're stuck on what to watch, give Spiderman a go.

SONG

This one is actually really hard to pick, but I decided I would pick something that everyone can love and listen to on a road trip. So, this month, my favourite song is We Could Go Back (feat. Moelogo) by Jonas Blue.

This guy is a personal favourite of mine. It's surprising too because I'm not big into electronic based songs, I'm more guitar and piano type of person. But, this guy I love and can tolerate. Obviously it's in the Top 100 in Australia (as far as I know anyway) but I love dancing and driving to this song, it's so chill if you're by the pool or even doing school work.

If you're into this type of music, this one is a must for you and if you've already downloaded it, snaps for you boo.

ARTIST

This one may come as a shock to some of you, which is completely fine. Some of you may of thought this guy was dead or Hollywood killed him, or something along the lines of that. I can assure you however he's alive and killing the music game. He's from our country, but lives in America.

Can you guess who?

Alright, alright I'll tell you. It's none other than Cody Simpson.

Yes, Cody Simpson, this guy:

He now (thank god) doesn't look like this anymore and his iYiYi days with Florida are now wayyyy behind him. This is him now:

Yeah, I know. Puberty hit him hard. After leaving his record label and starting his own, being known as Gigi Hadid's boyfriend, Cody has now come out with a new EP. He realised however doing music solo wasn't going to work, therefore began Cody Simpson & The Tide. Songs like 'Waiting for the Tide' and 'Sun Go Down' are my two personal favourites of the EP, but all of them are amazing in general.

Even if you never liked him or don't want to download his music, give it a listen, you won't regret it!

SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR

I'm always on the hunt for new channels to watch every single day. Also with the help of friends, I manage to find some great ones. So, for this month my favourite YouTuber's are the Rayhart Twins!

So thanks to my best friend (shoutout to you Rochell) is how I've been introduced to these guys, Robert and Blake. Now these guys have only just started out, but have managed to get 3,156 subscribers, which I think is an amazing achievement in my opinion. They still have a long way to go, but I believe they've got it. With their challenge and reacting videos, things are looking up for these guys! (Plus, these guys are pretty cute in my opinion) But if you have spare time, check these guys out below!

BONUS! SOCIAL MEDIA CREATOR

Okay, so I really also wanted to give you someone else to watch as well because for me, YouTube is life.

Another YouTuber who I've enjoyed watching these past few months is also none other than America's Got Talent contestant, Collins Key!

This guy has done it all, and he's only 21 years of age. He was a finalist for America's Got Talent for magic (which still mind blows me), he went on tour with Demi Lovato AND is best friends with her little sister, he opened for Charlie Puth, he's done magic tricks in front of Fifth Harmony, Jonas Brothers, R5 and many more! Him and his younger brother, Devan Key, have managed together to get a whopping 8,159,302 subscribers on YouTube, Collins has 1.4 million followers on Instagram and Devan has 672k followers and together stared on Disney Channel.

Collins and Devan Key are unstoppable! With Gummy vs Real Food challenges, sibling tags, eat it or wear it and many more, Collins is the fastest growing channel on YouTube today. Don't believe me, here's an idea of what they're like! Watch until the end!
